30 minutes to Bracadale – horse trekking – walks – on to Talisker Distillery – walks and Glen Brittle – beach - walks – climbs and scambles – pass to Sligachan – eventually!

45 minutes to Sligachan – gateway to the Cuillin and refreshments

60 minutes to the Skye bridge via Broadford – shops, artists – craftspeople – restaurants – fuel – supermarket

75 to 90 minutes to Armadale and on to Elgol – ferry – shops – walking – boats for trips.
